Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Beach Volleyball Corporate League 4x4, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to employees and their family of companies based in Cyprus. Each team must consist of 4 main players and may include 1 or 2 substitutes.

The team composition on the court must be one of the following:

3 men and 1 woman
2 men and 2 women
1 man and 3 women

Substitutions are allowed for any player, provided that there is always at least one woman on the court. Participants must be 16 years or older.

2. Registration

All registration forms must be submitted via the registration form on the website.
The participation fee is 800 EUR per team (VAT not included).
Participation is subject to availability and final confirmation by the organizers.
Registration is considered complete only after payment of the participation fee.
Payment details and an invoice will be provided after submitting the registration form.

3. Team Commitments

By making the registration payment, each participating team agrees to:

Abide by the tournament regulations and the fair play principle.
Behave in a sportsmanlike and respectful manner towards all tournament participants, including competitors, referees, organizers, and spectators.
Take personal responsibility for the health and fitness of each team member before and during the tournament.
Follow the tournament schedule and game order indicated on the group tablets.
Keep the courts clean by removing trash such as empty bottles and coffee cups.
Immediately notify the organizers in case of cancellation of participation.

4. Event Rules

All teams are required to comply with the official tournament rules published on the website.
Fair play, respect for opponents, referees, and event staff are mandatory.
Any breach of rules or misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Team Uniform

Team jerseys will be provided by the organizers.
Any excess or unused uniforms must be returned to the organizers on the day of the event.

6. Liability

The organizers provide volleyball equipment (scoreboards, whistles).
The organizers provide water and snacks (fruits and pizza).
The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the event.
The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances.

7. Media Consent

By participating, you consent to photography, video recording, and publication of your images and team information for event promotion on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.

8. Team Information Publication

The names of teams and participants may be published on the official event website and promotional platforms as part of the competition coverage.

9. Cancellation Policy

In case of participant or team withdrawal, no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, or rules when necessary.
